The 3100KV brushless motor boasts impressive specifications. Delivering 1200 watts of power, it can reach a maximum RPM of 50,000 and handle up to 100 amps of current. Featuring a 4-pole design, the motor has a diameter of 35.5mm and a length of 59mm, with a 17mm shaft length. Weighing in at 218 grams, it utilizes a 3.175mm shaft and a 4.0mm gold connector.

Accompanying the motor is the 80A brushless ESC, rated for continuous current of 80A and burst current of 480A. This sensorless brushless motor controller is suitable for use with 2S LiPo or 6-cell NiMH batteries. For on-road applications with 2S or 3S LiPo/6-9 cell NiMH, the recommended motor size is 3670/3660 or smaller. For off-road use, a 3670 or smaller motor is recommended.

The ESC offers a range of customization options. Users can adjust the low-voltage cutoff to 3.1V/cell, 2.8V/cell, or 3.3V/cell, as well as select from medium, soft, or strong start modes. The maximum brake force can be set to 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%, while the maximum reverse force can be adjusted similarly. The neutral range can be set to 6%, 9%, or 12%.

Constructed with quality in mind, the motor features a CNC-machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum heatsink can and high-purity copper windings. The stator utilizes ultra-thin 0.35mm laminations, and the rotor is precision-balanced for smooth operation and maximum RPM capabilities. The package is completed with the inclusion of a programming card.

This 3100KV brushless motor and 80A ESC combo is a suitable replacement for TRAX4 and WLtoys remote-controlled cars in the 1/8 and 1/10 scale range. The package dimensions are 1285cm, and the total weight is 362 grams.
